@TheCustom FHD If android phone is locked it does not matter, you just cant get access…

    TheCustom FHD

@Unknown Exponential its called firmware reflashing. Its possible.

    TheCustom FHD

@Kaukas bullshit. Its absolutely possible, you just need to know how.

Askhat Shagirov

I love that they chose Colton to “play” the role of a naive user who is vulnerable to social engineering attacks…

    Echristoffe

@Sven RAW and RELOADED that I know but why accuse Colton ? I think he knows better no?

    Vancha March

@Echristoffe it wasn’t Colton, it was an intern

    Echristoffe

@Vancha March I thought that too when Linus explained what happened…

    Vappy Reon

“u gotta use protection before you plug in a random usb”

    Master Tang

    That’s what she said

    sealwheel

“of course, if you’re in a long term relationship with your USB, you don’t really need to use protection.”

    Ironbeagle

@sealwheel wow, did you two watch the video?

    Jojoblazer

Stolen channel or just an independent woman that has a job on the internet on a site that has a blue logo.

    ilovefunnyamv2nd

thats even more true, if you find a random usb on the ground, throw it out, dont plug it into a computer to see whats on it!

Vismay Patil

That slap was personal 😂😂

SleepyYui

I don’t know why, but that video made my day. Thank you Colton

KM

“Use Protection” this phrase can be used in every aspect of life.
Be it virtual, physical or even the most important time of using your dongle.

You can also get charging cords with no data wires. But those tend to annoyingly only be around when you need to transfer data

    royalwave15

The small 5cm ones that come with power banks are handy for this, usually only does power.

Channel Name • 10 years ago

You know what it also prevents? Fast charging. You need the data line to give and get info to and from the charger to check whether fast charging is compatible

Channel Name • 10 years ago

@Sherlock Sinha quite the opposite. Data lines are in use when fast charging. This is why there is no computer USB port that supports fast charging and data transfer. If there is, it probably uses type C or basic power transfer technology

    Sebastian Natvik

Tbf most public ports such as on public transport doesn’t have any fast charging

    Rickhard Hartmann

Yous shouldnt be in a hurry when you use the hole at home, the protection is only for emergency and you are really desperate for a hole when out and about.

    Anonymous user

It’s worse than that… Data lines are used in standard charging. You know those 5v 2A chargers? They need data lines. You’re restricted to 500ma without them.

@Channel Name • 10 years ago “This is why there is no computer USB port that supports fast charging and data transfer” What are you talking about of course there is, I have a USB hub in my screen that does 65w+display ports+pheripherals through usb just fine. Maybe you refer to USB-A plugs?
