It takes courage to admit when you don’t fit in somewhere and be willing to take a chance to look around until you find the place that you call home. I give you props for doing what you feel is right for you. Too many people are not willing to take those chance. Fortune favors the bold!

DJ Tanco

for me it’s not about where you decided to move but the growth it shows to not settle & to pivot/take a chance to find your happiness

Michael Tyzuk

Never apologize to anyone for doing what is in your best interest. I really do hope that all of this works out the way that you want to.

Moving at the same time as WWDC sounds crazy! Glad it went alright, hope LA is good, I’ve never been outside of transferring from LAX to Vegas for CES πŸ˜…

Lucas Bica

That’s amazing, I hope you find the best experiences in LA with friends and enjoy all the unknown that the future is holding for you! Love what you mentioned about experiencing by yourself and I’m sure you’ll live a beautiful new chapter!

Devin Chaney

Appreciate the honesty in your vids about moving. We moved back “home” right before covid, and realized it just wasn’t for us and felt like it wasn’t the right fit. Moved to our small college town that has ended up being perfect for us.
We’ve always been the ones in our group to move a bunch so I get the struggle of trying to listen to all the advice and please everyone. Happy for you guys and hope LA is exactly what you need!

Derek McTavish

What you said about coming to the realization that like, hey, you could go anywhere, but you wanna be around like-minded people, friends, community — as someone who’s bounced around between NYC, living in various vehicle conversions, and currently off-grid in the middle of Arizona, that definitely rings true for me. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. πŸ™‚

Sethusk

Congrats on the move! Super cool that you guys are just going for it. I hope you have lots of fun! Also, It feels pretty cool to be 1 of 2 people that will watch ALL of your videos no matter what. πŸ˜›

Welcome to LA, Sara! πŸŽ‰

Can’t wait for you to go international one day. That would be a fun series.

CharliMarieTV

I feel the β€œwant to live close to family but family don’t live somewhere I’d thrive” dilemma SO HARD. Congrats on making the right decision for you!

Meet Kevin

welcome back!!

Michael Brooks

Congrats on the move! One of my cats hates crates and will poop in them during long travels. To help him stay calm, we put a harness and lead on him and keep him on the passenger side. He’s a lot calmer and won’t poop anywhere

So Happy for you and John!! I have followed you since I retired in 2016. Watching your videos, I have learned so much, but most of all, to you is this. Keep doing what you and John need to do. Trust at my age, some days I wish I was doing what you are doing at that age! I worked Like hell for 40 years in one job and one employer and was a workaholic while doing it. HAve lived that life, and watching you live yours, there are parts I would have traded it for. You are a bright, funny, and very relatable young woman with a lot of life to live. Now grab your hubby and get with it !! Look forward to the new content you will create. Just purchased the new MacBook Air 15 inch should be here on Tuesday. Looking forward to cracking it open. The old 17″ 2010 Macbook Pro has given up the ghost. LOL Many blessings to you and John. See you in the next video. Peace

Glad you were able to make Judy (sp?) happy. Wonder how I will ever move my two cats. Also super cool that your mom was able to travel with you. You work well together, and your love for each other is clear in how you interact. Looking forward to new content in LA.

from touring apartments in NYC, to renovating a house right before a snowstorm wreaked havoc on the building, to the townhouse and now LA, it’s been a WIL few years for you Sara! hopefully you can have some peace and calm for at least a little while in LA and we can’t wait to ride out the next parts of this story with you!

The Tech Chap

So cool following your journey – thinking of moving too for new opportunities!

Vesves

I think someday you’ll really cherish the memories of driving to your new home with your mom and cat, even if it was hard sometimes! I’m just glad you are doing what makes you happy and exploring! We don’t need to shove ourselves into boxes if it doesn’t feel right. Go with the flow. ❀

Alex Tabick

Thank you for sharing your journey and being transparent! Watching this video was so inspiring, dealing with a few of the same questions of where to move to, and where I want my life to happen as a creative and entrepreneur… Thank you for everything you do!

andymo1984

So insanely cool to see you take chances and get out of your comfort zone. As someone who’s trying to do the same thing, I love the honesty here. Amazing job Sara!!
